About The Position

This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 6 months of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The candidate must be detail-oriented, capable of completing federal and state forms accurately, and able to stand and walk for extended periods (7+ hours/day). Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform moderate physical tasks. Additionally, the candidate must obtain and maintain licensing from the appropriate gaming authority.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Process e-game jackpots and complete IRS forms (W2G/1042-S) accurately.
• Assist guests in locating specific machines and denominations.
• Perform minor machine repairs (e.g., clearing jams, resolving tilts).
• Promote a fun, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas.
• Respond promptly to machine service lights and guest needs.
• Stay informed on current promotions, events, and property amenities.
• Monitor for underage gaming and report concerns to supervisors.
• Uphold Big 6 standards: Clean, Safe, Comfortable, Quick, Friendly, Fun.
