Ability to to promote positive public/employee relations. Someone that can maintain excellent communication skills with guests, vendors, and employees, with the goal of ensuring a positive guest experience. In this role, you'll oversee the issuance of Players Cards, actively promoting our program while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies using the Synkros system. You'll play a key part in executing casino promotions, staying updated on events and property information. Precise data entry will maintain the integrity of our database, while you uphold security protocols to protect the company, employees, and guests. Compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies is essential, and you may also be assigned other duties as required to support our operations

  • Oversee the issuance of Players Cards

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior customer service experience necessary
  • Excellent verbal communication skills required

  • Strong computer skills essential
