About The Position
Cherokee Casino Will Rogers Downs Claremore is seeking someone to join our Player Services Representative Team. As a Player Services Representative, you will be the face of guest interaction on the casino floor. You’ll handle cash transactions, troubleshoot minor machine issues, and promote current events and amenities. Your role includes maintaining a clean and organized gaming area, staying informed about promotions, and ensuring compliance with gaming regulations.
