About The Position
The Player Services Representative at Muckleshoot Casino Resort plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing exceptional service and support to Muckleshoot Rewards members. Under the guidance of the Player Services Supervisor/Manager, this position is responsible for a variety of tasks that include responding to inquiries about the Muckleshoot Rewards program, maintaining accurate data entry, issuing rewards cards, and promoting the benefits of the program. The representative will engage with guests on the casino floor, assisting with enrollment and ensuring that all members are informed about the rewards and promotions available to them. This role requires a proactive approach to guest service, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. In addition to guest interactions, the Player Services Representative will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Muckleshoot Rewards database, ensuring that all guest information is accurately recorded and updated. This includes printing new and duplicate rewards cards, explaining the rules and regulations of the program, and providing information about current and upcoming promotions. The representative will also assist in organizing and executing special events and promotions, contributing to the overall success of the casino's marketing efforts. The position demands a high level of professionalism and a commitment to upholding the values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort. Representatives are expected to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, demonstrating a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
