About The Position

The Player Services Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional service
to club members while supporting daily golf operations. This role focuses on
member interaction, course readiness, and maintaining the highest standards of
cleanliness and professionalism throughout the golf facility.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of the game of golf and golf etiquette
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness and presentation

Responsibilities

• Greet and proactively assist members to ensure a welcoming, service-oriented experience
• Build positive relationships with members through attentive and courteous interaction
• Perform bag room duties, including handling, storing, and cleaning golf clubs
• Pick the driving range, clean golf balls, and maintain range presentation
• Clean, stage, and park golf carts to spotless standards and ensure proper charging
• Maintain cleanliness and organization inside the bag room and surrounding golf shop areas
• Uphold a neat, professional appearance of all player service areas
