The Player Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Player Services department, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining a high level of service and satisfaction for guests. This role involves managing staff, resolving guest complaints, and ensuring the integrity of financial data and casino assets.

  • Assist in managing and directing all facets of Player Services department.
  • Resolve guest complaints and disputes.
  • Train and teach established Internal Controls and Casino and Departmental procedures.
  • Ensure the integrity of all financial data produced by Associates.
  • Enforce performance standards, policies, and procedures in accordance with the Company's expectations.
  • Monitor all financial activities related to the department to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Provide feedback to the department manager on associate's performance and assist in training and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist associates in understanding their responsibilities within the department.
  • Ensure maximum service and satisfaction levels are achieved and maintained.
  • Assist associates in completing their duties and responsibilities.
  • Reconcile daily paperwork and maintain various logs.
  • Schedule and delegate work assignments to associates.
  • Review departmental reports for accuracy and make revisions as needed.
  • Maintain an adequate stock of supplies for the department.
  • Be accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  • Stay current with general cage procedures, policies, and Title 31 regulations.
  • Lead by setting a positive example for all Associates.
  • Maintain a consistent attendance record.
  • Must be 21 years of age or above.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Two (2) years of progressive supervisory experience in Casino Cage operations is required.
  • Must score a minimum of 90% on the Basic Math Test.
