JOB SUMMARY The purpose of this job is to provide accurate and appropriate responses to player questions and concerns regarding Georgia Lottery products and policies and procedures. Duties include, but are not limited to: answering questions, communicating with manager and internal customers, operating telecommunications equipment, problem solving, and performing other tasks as assigned.
