About The Position

The position involves establishing and maintaining a solid customer base through direct mail marketing and telemarketing, focusing on both new and existing customers in the casino environment. The role includes providing service information, coordinating guest activities, and resolving any issues that arise. The position requires interaction with various internal departments to ensure patrons receive appropriate amenities and involves attending special events and marketing functions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Three years of experience in a casino services and/or player development environment.
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
  • Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and respective gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a solid base of customers via direct mail marketing or daily telemarketing.
  • Provide casino service information to guests and coordinate arrangements for guest activities.
  • Handle any problems that arise during guest interactions.
  • Attend special events and marketing functions.
  • Issue complimentaries consistent with patron activity and department policy.
  • Interact with internal departments to ensure patrons receive appropriate amenities and resolve any issues.
  • Provide Family Style Service at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
