About the Player Coach: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Player/Coach to lead and inspire a sales team while actively contributing to sales goals. This role requires a unique blend of individual sales expertise and team leadership capabilities. The successful candidate will excel in both personal sales performance and coaching team members to achieve and exceed targets. Location: Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • S ales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and G Suite/Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a personal book of clients, identifying opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and renew.
  • Consult with clients to assess needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Execute sales campaigns and achieve individual sales targets.
  • Drive the team to achieve and exceed sales quotas.
  • Coach and develop sales representatives to improve performance and reach targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Share best practices and collaborate with other sales leaders.
  • Conduct weekly call reviews to m onitor performance
