PLAYER ASSISTANT (Seasonal)
About The Position
Come join the Golf team at Black Butte Ranch! We are hiring Player Assistants for our busy summer season. Jobs starts in April and end in October. Our ideal applicants have a solid understanding of the game of golf, enjoy talking to all kinds of people, can professionally communicate course rules to ensure smooth flow of play, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Golf Course Player Assistants are responsible for ensuring golfer play is continuous and at a normal pace, making sure the course is presentable, assisting the golf shop team as needed, and delivering exceptional service to our homeowners and guests.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of the game of golf
- Enjoy talking to all kinds of people
- Professionally communicate course rules to ensure smooth flow of play
- Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid drivers’ license
- All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring golfer play is continuous and at a normal pace
- Making sure the course is presentable
- Assisting the golf shop team as needed
- Delivering exceptional service to our homeowners and guests
