About The Position

The Playbill Passer is responsible for handing out playbills at our main entrance and answer questions in accordance with Company’s customer service standards and applicable operational standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sporting event venues is a plus.
• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Company’s customer service standards.
• Good communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Capable of following job guidelines and supervisors' instructions.
• Ability to stand for entire length of shift.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently, if needed.
• Visual acuity sufficient to see and observe guests in many sections.
• This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including; extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets and acknowledges guests.
• Distributes playbills to every guest.
• Resolve all fan questions and escalate any concerns.
• Ability to stay calm and assist guests in case of emergency; medical situation, evacuation, etc.
• Assist with the distribution of gate giveaways when applicable
