Requirements
- Experience working with children (and surviving to tell the tale!)
- Leadership skills, positivity, and patience
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Can lead or join 30 minutes of kid-friendly fitness fun (dance party, anyone?)
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Full range of movement-our kids don't sit still and neither will you!
- Good hearing, vision, and energy levels to keep up with the fun
Responsibilities
- Leading by example in a busy and joyful Play & Learn environment
- Keeping kids engaged, safe, and having a blast indoors.
- Planning and leading fun, age-appropriate activities (think crafts, games, and creative chaos!)
- Building strong relationships with parents, kids, and team members
- Keeping everything running smoothly, cleanly, and by-the-book
- Helping with special events like Parent's Night Out and birthday bashes
- Writing daily reports and making sure all the important info is communicated
