Play Coordinators ensure all our daycare dogs have a safe, clean, enriching, and low-stress environment to play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the center. Requirements
- Passion for dogs and knowledge of basic animal behavior.
- Customer service experience with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Strength and stamina to keep up with active dogs of all sizes including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Commitment to a positive, collaborative team culture.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a dog daycare, playgroup, or day camp setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervising and leading dog playgroups using low-stress handling techniques.
- Ensuring all pets receive appropriate food, water, and enrichment.
- Documenting updates and communicating effectively with pet parents.
- Assisting with dog bathing and daily cleaning to maintain a pristine and safe environment.
- Promoting the center's full range of services, including veterinary care, grooming, daycare, and boarding.
