About The Position

Platoon is an Artist Services company that provides tools and services to the most exceptional, emerging music talent. The company is best known for helping to launch the careers of artists such as Billie Eilish, Victoria Monét and Ayra Starr. We are seeking a tenured and flexible Product/Project Manager to drive a series of enhancements to our content operation. The role will require plenty of forward-thinking, but also someone hands-on enough to get things done. This role is a unique opportunity to help Platoon's efforts in a fast-evolving, critical area. It will also introduce you to a range of interesting people. For this reason you will need the ability to connect and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike...and to stay aligned on a long term plan for Platoon's content operation.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Demonstrable success coding and deploying tools using languages such as Python and JavaScript.
• Strategic, long-term thinker able to form a vision around Platoon's distribution needs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to deliver value when opportunities arise.
• Project management rigor.
