Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on marketing experience in both traditional and digital channels, including social media and management of outside resources and vendors.
  • Experience contributing to marketing strategy, planning, and performance in a multi-location or matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of established and emerging digital and social marketing practices, concepts, and procedures.
  • Ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently.
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and communicate multi-channel marketing strategies, programs, and tools to increase awareness and drive franchise sales while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Own the planning, execution, and performance analysis of Plato’s Closet social media content and platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice, cultural relevance, and business goals.
  • Partner with internal teams and agencies to continuously optimize digital and social performance using data, insights, and emerging best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and rollout of a potential future advertising fund by helping define campaign and marketing platform strategies, operational processes, franchisee support models, and success metrics.
  • Manage brand and influencer partnerships, from strategy development to campaign execution and performance reporting.
  • Serve as a strategic marketing consultant to franchise owners, advising on media plans, digital channels, and social platforms.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Build franchisee capability and confidence through clear guidance, tools, and best practices that support greater self-sufficiency.
  • Collaborate with Training and Operations teams to gain product knowledge and monitor the development and implementation of new stores’ marketing plans by educating and evaluating new franchisees in the establishment and growth of their business.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring actual expenditures are in line with budgeted numbers.
  • Participate in cross-brand and company-wide marketing initiatives as needed, with clear priorities and scope.
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to identify, pilot, and scale AI-driven marketing capabilities that improve decision-making, personalization, and marketing performance while freeing up resources for marketing team and franchisees.
