About The Position

Responsibilities How You’ll Do It Retaining Platinum Member base at a rate of >50% New Lead/Inquiry Follow-up/close New Business Development Member Communication/Account Management Member Engagement Events and Gift Execution Troubleshooting/ServiceNow ticket submission & follow-up Assist in facilitating program training and distribution of communication to Playmakers Communicate Effectively with Member Services as well as Members Platinum Callaway Club & Material inventory management

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to Manage a large volume of emails and phone calls daily
  • Process-oriented, organized, fast and accurate and able to work under pressure and meet project timeline goals
  • Attention to detail, commitment to quality, results driven, and Player focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as email and phone etiquette

Nice To Haves

  • Administrative professional experience is preferred
  • Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
