As a member of the Topgolf team, you will play a crucial role in retaining our Platinum Member base at a rate of over 50%. Your responsibilities will include following up on new leads and inquiries, developing new business opportunities, and managing member communications and accounts. You will also be involved in executing member engagement events and gifts, troubleshooting issues through ServiceNow ticket submissions, and assisting in program training and communication distribution to Playmakers. Effective communication with both Member Services and Members is essential, as well as managing the inventory of Platinum Callaway Club materials.
