Delicate precision and care with the highest quality are at the heart of the leading-edge components made in the Precision Meso-scale Technology Center within Keysight. In this role you will be leading our team of highly skilled Plating operators and technicans to ensure production demands are met. You will work with various teams to ensure the team is well represented and the system is correctly upkeept with as little production impact as able.

Requirements

  • Experience in a lead position for 2+ years.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing/production role.
  • Strong understanding of schedule adherence and capacity modeling.
  • Familiarity with MES systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing/production environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • NASF certifications

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of plating operations.
  • Work with various departments and teams to troubleshoot issues with minimal impact to production.
  • Work with planning team and the rest of leadership to ensure schedule adherence and metrics are met.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tool performance and personnel efficiency.
  • Approve production level purchases.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, professionalism and chemical handling protocols
  • Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of process, reclaim and cycle counts.
  • Train and mentor plating staff on best practices, VCP goals and technical procedures adherance.
