About The Position
The position involves receiving incoming shipments, ensuring the accuracy of all incoming products, and verifying that they are not damaged. The employee will be responsible for stacking units safely, labeling them correctly, and logging all products accurately. Additionally, the role requires verifying the work conducted by team members and ensuring that product samples are collected and delivered to the correct destinations in a timely manner. Following company guidelines, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) is essential. The employee will also need to communicate any issues that may arise to management. Other responsibilities include verifying that all products have been put away accurately, performing audits, assisting the shipping team with order pulling, and completing any other duties assigned by management.
