The Platform Specialist Manager, Head of Industry will manage a team of Platform Specialists, helping them grow, develop and continue to build their book of business. The ideal candidate will have experience with hands-on client facing account management responsibilities and be accountable for leading, growing and developing our strategic accounts in the Leisure vertical in AMR. The Platform Specialist Head of Industry and team do this via making recommendations to clients about how to best optimize their campaigns to hit their business goals while also forging a positive long-term partnership. You will work hand in hand with a Client Partner Head of Industry and Client Partners who act as our frontline sales team. You will also partner closely with your regional colleagues and other key stakeholders such as marketing and product, feeding back market sentiment on our products. The Platform Specialist Manager, Head of Industry should drive an inclusive and open team culture, with results focused behaviors that ensure the business hits its revenue and customer satisfaction targets. The Platform Specialist team are critical to the continued growth and success of our business and this is an incredibly exciting opportunity to manage a talented team of Platform Specialists!

Requirements

  • A minimum of 8 years experience managing account managers or a client services team.
  • Demonstrable account management operations or client-facing sales support experience.
  • Experience in performance advertising, mobile and app market.
  • Demonstrable analytical skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Retail Media Networks, with QSR brands, Shopping, Travel, and/or Health & Fitness clients.
  • Ability to develop relationships and trust with peers and directs.
  • Proven experience in developing teams and driving an inclusive culture.
  • In-depth knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on detail and trends.
  • Ability to identify and develop data analysis and recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Platform Specialists, helping them grow and develop their book of business.
