About The Position

A Platform Operations Expert professional is a mid-level role responsible for executing a defined service catalog. One must ensure high-quality performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.    Lead operational execution and team development by managing administration workflows, owning defined task catalogues, and providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback to team members while ensuring continuous high-quality delivery.  Can handle a high volume of work e.g. transactions that require many investment documents to be processed within a short timeframe.   Drive process innovation and operational excellence by identifying and implementing improvements across fund operations, clients and products, and investment execution processes, constructively challenging internal controls, and taking leadership roles in team projects and business unit initiatives.  Demonstrate advanced subject matter expertise with good understanding of fund structures, AML/KYC frameworks, private markets, and product structures while serving as a role model for service quality and building specialized knowledge in product and investment documentation.  Manage stakeholder relationships and escalated issues through service-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining effective cross-team relationships, and developing complete ownership to handle complex operational escalations with minimal supervision.  Provide oversight and mentorship by managing service inboxes and document execution workflows, supporting team members across broader topics, and preparing engaging, value-adding contributions while building knowledge of Partners Group processes and systems.   Communicates efficiently in both written and spoken language.   Oversee knowledge management and continuous improvement by managing team documentation repositories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; strong academic background preferred
  • 3-6 years of experience in financial services, investment management, or sales/marketing
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Passion for institutional sales/marketing and financial markets
  • Strong organization, time management, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
