About The Position

As a Platform Operations Analyst , you’ll be responsible for processing, maintaining, and validating ongoing updates across client investment accounts on the Arch platform. Your work ensures that client data remains accurate, organized, and up to date, enabling reliable reporting and a seamless client experience. This role sits within Account Operations and focuses on account maintenance and ongoing platform data management after onboarding is complete. You’ll work closely with Client Experience, Data, and Operations partners to ensure updates are processed quickly, accurately, and in line with client expectations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys project-based work, collecting and synthesizing operational insights, and partnering cross-functionally to help drive client conversations and platform improvements over time.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in data processing, data operations, platform operations, project management, or operational support roles .
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data classification and processing.
  • Experience working with sensitive or financial data in secure environments.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume workflows while maintaining quality.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working in fast-paced environments and adapting to evolving workflows and tooling.

Nice To Haves

  • Have worked with financial services, investment data, or private market data.
  • Have taken finance, accounting, or data-focused coursework.
  • Have strong Excel skills.
  • Have experience with SQL or interest in developing technical data skills.

Responsibilities

  • Platform Data Processing & Account Maintenance Process and monitor account information updates from clients, funds, and external data sources.
  • Monitor inbound platform data, identify relevant updates, and categorize them appropriately.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when classifying and processing investment data.
  • Support ongoing account maintenance workflows across the client lifecycle.
  • Communicate with external partners (such as fund managers / GPs) on behalf of clients to collect, validate, and reconcile investment and account information.
  • Data Quality & Controls Conduct quality control across data received, classified, and processed to ensure platform accuracy.
  • Extract, reconcile, and validate data across multiple systems and data sources.
  • Assist with internal audits, system reviews, and data accuracy checks when needed.
  • Ensure all processing follows internal compliance, security, and data governance standards.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration Partner with Client Experience and Account Operations teams to resolve data discrepancies and client data issues.
  • Collaborate with Data and Product teams to improve data processing workflows and platform oversight.
  • Help surface recurring data issues or workflow inefficiencies for continuous improvement.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize platform health indicators and operational insights, sharing findings with Client Experience and cross-functional partners to support client conversations and handoffs.
  • Workflow & Process Improvement Help improve and optimize data receiving, processing, and platform maintenance workflows.
  • Support documentation of processes and contribute to operational playbook updates.
  • Support periodic evening or weekend work as part of our operating rhythm to meet client SLAs.
  • Tax & Documentation Support Support tax season document workflows and ensure timely, accurate processing of related data updates.
  • Help maintain document completeness and accuracy across client accounts.
