About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Platform Officer to join our insurance company. The ideal candidate will have experience in billing and collections and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous experience in billing and collections, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Process billing and payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections
• Perform general administrative tasks and support daily office operations
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Use office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and other tools) efficiently
• Provide excellent support to team members and management
