This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, prioritizing development tasks, and collaborating with upstream product managers to ensure system stability and efficiency. Also, The Platform Manager will lead the development and implementation of a new platform designed to manage agent sales incentives within the Contact Center. This role requires strong product management skills, with a focus on discovery, strategy, and front-end development to deliver a scalable solution.
