About The Position
The Platform Solutions Specialist drives the design, development, and implementation end to end Loan Origination Solutions within our organization. This role requires extensive experience with Salesforce and nCino, strong technical expertise in automations (Flows, OmniStudio, and/or Apex), integrations, and platform configuration, as well as the ability to deploy solutions and provide technical specifications to developers for scalable, high-quality implementations. Responsible for gathering, documenting, and translating system requirements for the different loan applications supporting the Loan Origination process, such as nCino, Document Management, Laserpro, Core banking systems and other platform integrations such as Mulesoft & Azure. This role requires close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) across multiple business units, including Frontline, Credit Risk, and Loan Operations, as well as external vendors to ensure system capabilities align with operational needs. This role combines both technical and operational expertise to support the end-to-end loan origination process. Working collaboratively with internal teams and external strategic partners, you will be expected to drive project success by leveraging your deep financial services knowledge, technical acumen, and business process optimization.
