About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Platform Integration Manager to lead Flow Service Partners’ post-acquisition integration efforts. This role sits at the intersection of M&A execution, operational excellence, systems transformation, and organizational design and is central to Flow Service Partners’ ability to execute multiple acquisitions annually while preserving performance, culture, and customer experience. The Platform Integration Manager is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling Flow Service Partners’ post-acquisition integration strategy and owning the full lifecycle of integrating newly acquired operating companies into the company’s systems and processes. Initially, this role will serve as a hands-on contributor, with the opportunity to evolve into a senior leadership position overseeing the integration function. To ensure each acquisition is integrated with minimal disruption to ongoing operations, the successful candidate will bring operational discipline, extensive systems and reporting expertise, the ability to lead effectively across functions, and influence change leadership in complex, fast-moving environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (required)
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, private equity portfolio operations, M&A integration, or large-scale systems and process transformation
  • Experience with ERP, HRIS, payroll, CRM, and reporting system implementations and migrations
  • Proven experience standardizing financial and operational reporting across multi-entity platforms
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly with acquired company leadership and employees

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree or Project management or change management certifications (PMP, Prosci, etc.) (preferred)
  • Experience in multi-location, services-based, or field operations environments (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead the end-to-end post-acquisition integration lifecycle across all acquired companies
  • Design, execute, and continuously refine Flow Service Partners’ integration strategy and processes
  • Define integration sequencing, milestones, and timelines
  • Partner with finance, accounting, HR, payroll, IT departments to integrate newly acquired companies into Flow Service Partners’ operational systems
  • Partner with functional leaders to align policies, controls, and operating procedures
  • Lead data migration planning, execution, validation, and reconciliation efforts
  • Partner with internal departments to design dashboards, automation, and performance reporting
  • Track integration progress, risks, dependencies, and value realization
  • Escalate and resolve integration risks, roadblocks, and resourcing constraints
  • Serve as the primary owner of third-party integration vendors and system implementation partners
  • Manage vendor performance, quality, and cost control
  • Develop and implement best practices, templates, timelines, and toolkits
  • Continuously improve integration process based on performance of current processes
  • Partner closely with acquired companies to ensure alignment, adoption, and cultural integration
  • Lead structured change management and communication efforts across all integration phases
  • Build and lead a dedicated integration organization as acquisition volume scales
  • Establish performance KPIs and development paths for the integration team
  • Create a culture of execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement
