We are scaling our global technology operations to deliver highly available, secure, and efficient services. As a Platform Engineering Senior Manager, you will help shape our new operations organization while leading two existing teams. Flexibility will be key as teams and responsibilities will shift as this new organization matures. In addition, this role will champion availability, scalability, resilience, and reliability across cloud and on-premise platforms and influence the broader technology teams to adopt similar standards. The leader will also champion the adoption of modern technologies, including AI-enabled and automation-first capabilities, to transform operational efficiency and service delivery; simplify and scale. A key accountability includes ensuring global compliance with IT Service Management standards, tools and processes while continuously improving the quality and integrity of operational data.
