About The Position

Our summer internship program offers emerging tech professionals a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of cybersecurity. As a Platform Engineering intern, you'll be fully embedded within a team for 8 weeks, working on real projects that matter to our organization and developing valuable skills for your future career.

We're looking for doers, tinkerers, and problem-solvers! This internship is perfect for those who:
- Build projects at home just for the fun of it
- Break things to figure out how they work (and maybe put them back together)
- Are the go-to tech support person for friends and family
- Stay up late solving technical challenges because you can't let it go
- Have a GitHub full of side projects or contribute to open-source

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• Demonstrated passion for technology beyond the classroom (personal projects, CTF competitions, hackathons, etc.)
• Basic programming skills in at least one language (Python, Go, Java, etc.)
• Familiarity with networking concepts and security principles
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems (even if it's just on your own machines)
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity-driven approach to learning
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
