SAIC is seeking a Platform Engineer for the shipboard Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) major systems.   • Perform Platform Engineering SATCOM and data link support for stage 4 and 5 test procedures development and test execution project for shipboard C5ISR systems.
  • Communicate to assigned Project Manager all key project SATCOM systems integration plans, and engineering changes including requirements, C5ISR systems configurations and status, schedule, and scope changes.
  • Works with the multidisciplinary technical team to ensure successful shipboard industrial test procedures development and testing.
  • Bachelor’s and nine (9) years or more relevant experience with one or more C5ISR systems listed below; additional four (4) years of experience in lieu of degrees.
  • Must have an active secret clearance on first day of employment with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
  • Commercial Broadband Satellite Program and STING terminals.
  • Navy Multiband Terminal (AEHF, WGS, MILSTAR).
  • Network Tactical Common Data Link (NTCDL).
  • Digital Modular Radio (UHF SATCOM).
  • Advanced Time Division Multiple Access Interface Processor.
  • Television Direct-to-Sailors.
  • Satellite Terminal (transportable) Non-Geostationary (STING).
  • EHF SATCOM.
  • Global Broadcast Service (GBS).
  • Satellite Signals Navigation Set (WRN-6V).
  • Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) IA Level II - Security+ certification, or CSSIP or equivalent.
  • Familiar with C4ISR/C5ISR Interface Control Documents, Block diagrams, electrical wiring diagrams, and Functional Interface Drawings.
  • Experience with MIL-STD-2106 Development of Shipboard Industrial Test procedures.
  • Prior experience working in a Firm Fixed Price environment.
  • Prior experience providing support for a project in a shipyard environment.
