Your Team & Role As a Junior IAM Platform Engineer working in a Global CIAM Team, you will partner with Senior and Lead Engineers and Delivery professionals to provide the integrations of applications and IAM Services into CIAM Platforms mainly PingOne AIC. You will be one of the IAM Engineers working with other Senior engineers configuring and building application integrations for CIAM. You will continue to develop your technical expertise and bring excellent problem solving, communication and teamwork skills. Along with Agile ways of working, you will develop strong business insight, an inclusive leadership attitude and a continuous learning focus to all that you do. You are expected to: • You will work thru the various phases of delivery to integrate applications into the PingOne AIC platform. This includes creating Journeys, Policies, learning and applying scripting techniques, for migration of applications into PingOne AIC. • You will learn and grow your knowledge of IAM developing hands on experience working with customer facing applications that require OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Certificate based Authentication to name a few. • Take on tasks deploying PingOne AIC or other IAM products that are SAAS or Cloud based. You will work hands on with Lead and Senior DevOps AWS Engineers with AWS EKS, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD Pipelines. • Create technical documentation and runbooks in Confluence for builds and integrations.
