About The Position

As a Platform Engineer at Console, you'll work on the core infrastructure and systems that will enable us to power support across hundreds of medium and large scale enterprises. You'll work closely with the CTO to architect scalable enterprise-grade systems. Some examples of work you might do include architecting, planning, and executing a self-hostable SKU of Console for enterprise customers, executing zero downtime production migrations when evolving our infrastructure, optimizing build times and setting up blue-green production deployment workflows, and ensuring production access is carefully scoped with JIT controls. You'll have broad license to shape the platform design and lead devops initiatives that accelerate the velocity of the whole team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-time experience in platform or infrastructure-facing engineering roles.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform/Pulumi.
• Relative comfort with our stack (Typescript/Node/React).
• Hands-on experience designing and building foundational infrastructure zero-to-one.
• Deep understanding of AWS/GCP and the tradeoffs between various cloud offerings and architectures.
• Experience working on high-scale, production grade systems.
• Passionate about building quality, reliable systems.
