About The Position

If your idea of “platform engineering” is more than spinning plates and reacting to alerts, we’re already thinking alike. You’ve seen it before, platforms that are technically “running,” but barely healthy. Applications deployed without visibility. Scaling treated like a gamble. Teams trying to build great software without the right support underneath them. At BuildOn Technologies, we believe platforms should empower teams, not fight them. We’re looking for someone who can make OpenShift excellence more than a talking point. Someone who wants to shape how applications are deployed, monitored, secured, and supported, and knows how to do it thoughtfully. We need a collaborative professional who understands Kubernetes concepts, observability, and real-world platform operations. If you’re still growing, we’ll help you build that expertise, but you should come ready to learn quickly and own meaningful work. Your MissionYou’ll help lead the developer-facing side of our OpenShift Kubernetes platform, not just keeping it running, but making it great to use. You’ll partner with development teams, Systems, and IT to ensure applications are deployed securely, monitored effectively, and supported with the right level of performance and reliability.
