About The Position
As a Platform Engineer Lead on our team, you will serve as a technical and operational expert and knowledge specialist in operational intelligence. You'll work across a specialized set of platform capabilities to architect, build and maintain platform components, services, and APIs to enable seamless integration and interoperability across the platform for ITG. In this role you will be part of the product team responsible for enterprise data services and will set the strategic direction for Observability and Operational Intelligence. You will lead developers in engineering capabilities within the Observability, Logging and Analytics, Data Engineering & Routing and Platform Workload Automation space all while enabling internal customers to successfully leverage Capital Group's cloud ecosystem. Your customers will rely on you to design and develop innovative systems in the Operational Intelligence space and evolve those systems as new technology emerges. You will be part of a product aligned portfolio, leveraging Agile frameworks to deliver on designs and development of platform capabilities. In this role you will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the code of all enterprise data services products.
