About the position

We are looking for a hands-on and platform-savvy AI Platform Engineer to help build and scale generative and agentic AI solutions across the enterprise. This role will focus on leveraging platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Salesforce Agentforce to rapidly develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered automations. You'll work closely with solution architects, business stakeholders, and engineers to bring AI use cases to life through low-code/no-code and custom integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Develop connectors, plugins, and orchestration flows that integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs.
  • Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate solution designs into scalable implementations.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate on AI use cases, balancing speed with maintainability and governance.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable components, templates, and best practices for AI solution delivery.
  • Support team members with technical guidance and code reviews.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, automation, or platform development.
  • Experience with at least one of the following: Microsoft Copilot/Copilot Studio, Salesforce Einstein/Agentforce, IBM Watsonx/Assistant or similar enterprise AI platform.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate or similar enterprise automation platform used to automate workflow across platforms.
  • Familiarity with integrating generative AI solutions (e.g., Copilot/OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, etc) into workflows or applications.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML), and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with prompt engineering or agentic AI design patterns.
  • Exposure to enterprise IT environments, including security, compliance, and data governance considerations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps or CI/CD practices for low-code platforms.
