Platform Delivery Lead

The Platform Delivery Lead owns what gets built, when it ships, and why. This role combines release management, project execution, and product ownership â tracking delivery across teams, writing clear functional requirements, and ensuring each release is aligned to business priorities. This will be a hybrid role that operates out of our New York location.
Requirements
- Experience in delivery, release management, or technical program leadership.
- Strong background working with eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent at writing clear, concise functional requirements.
- Proven ability to ship complex work on time.
- Decisive, organized, and execution-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Own release planning and delivery for the eCommerce platform.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Manage backlog priority, scope, and dependencies.
- Align timelines with engineering capacity and business goals.
- Drive cross-team execution through release readiness.
