The Platform consultant operates as an executive evangelist of the Verint Open CCaaS platform. This senior role combines technology and business development to leverage the latest solutions in the Verint platform. In close collaboration with other functions, the Platform Consultant establishes close relationships with our customers’ Senior Executive teams. Through the in depth understanding of the market, our customers’ needs and the Platform’s ability to drive a significant ROI, the Platform Consultant operates as trusted advisor to the customers’ C-suites. The Platform Consultant works closely with solutions and product teams and will educate and evangelize to markets, customers & partners.
