About The Position
Yext is looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and technically adept Platform Consultant to join our dynamic Services team. In this role, you will serve as a Yext product expert, working closely with Yext's Healthcare clients to configure the platform, manage data, and deliver exceptional solutions. Our Healthcare vertical works across the healthcare sector, including digital health, healthcare B2B, and consumer health. As a customer-facing team member, you will play a key role in executing implementation tasks, managing project deliverables, and ensuring effective communication with both clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
