About The Position

The Architect will lead the design and development of software, systems, and data architectures for StreamLabs Water solutions, focusing on IoT-enabled water monitoring platforms. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the VP, Software & Systems to define architectural vision, strategy, and standards for both current and future water technology products.
  • Design robust, scalable system architectures for embedded software, cloud platforms, and user-facing applications.
  • Lead end-to-end technical planning, including requirements analysis, technology selection, integration, and risk identification.
  • Communicate architectural designs and decisions to engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful delivery.
  • Guide development cycles, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting across multiple projects.
  • Stay current with IoT and water technology industry best practices to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote architectural best practices across the Software & Systems team.
  • Prepare technical documentation and artifacts as needed for audits, compliance, and team knowledge sharing.
