Assist and learn along the side of experienced Platers and Painters in obtaining high quality finishes and methods for our company and customers. Requirements
- must be able to learn the daily essential responsibilities and goals to perform successful results
Responsibilities
- Learning racking techniques that optimize part quality and quantity
- Building racks to optimize quantity of new product
- Understanding and using proper post-plating procedures for rinsing and drying parts
- Following inspection and packaging procedures
