Our Appleton location has an opening for a Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker), an entry level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing. The starting pay for this position is $21/hour with two, 50-cent increases over the first year if the employee passes competency assessments. This position is first shift. Requirements
- No manufacturing experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- Flexible to work overtime
- Lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Positioning material with the assistance of carts and overhead cranes
- Standing/walking up to 8 hours
- Vision abilities include close vision in the inspection of the work
- Infrequent pushing/pulling of carts
