About The Position

Ready to run high-speed thermoforming lines? If you like hands-on work, solving problems on the fly, and being part of a tight-knit production crew, this role is for you. At Pactiv Evergreen in Mooresville, you’ll learn multiple lines and help us deliver safe, high-quality packaging for customers across North America and Europe. What you’ll do Safety first: Know your PPE, keep a clean work area, follow all procedures, and immediately report hazards, near misses, or injuries. Quality always: Inspect parts for weight, diameter, color, and clarity; pack finished goods in the correct configuration; raise any concerns quickly. Productivity mindset: Start up/shut down extruders and thermoformers, make color and job changes per the schedule, keep machines running to standard, and complete TPM tasks. Own the process: Fill out all required line paperwork accurately and on time; escalate issues per playbook and work with minimal supervision. Be a teammate: Collaborate with packers, Leads, Supervisors, Maintenance, and Quality to hit line targets; help train others; stay focused—cell phones are off during production unless the line is down or you’re on break.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills; comfortable in group settings and resolving conflict professionally.
• Flexibility for overtime and off shifts.
• Comfort standing 12 hours with consistent use of PPE.
• Reliable, on-time attendance to support the team and the line.
