Requirements
- Experience with poured plastics, polymers, rubber, urethane, or silicone preferred

Responsibilities
- Prepare molds and materials for production
- Mix, pour, cure, and demold plastic parts
- Trim, finish, and inspect completed components
- Clean and maintain molds and work areas
- Identify defects and reduce scrap
- Follow standardized processes and quality guidelines
