About The Position

Medical City McKinney and Thrive Reconstructive Surgery are seeking a Plastic Surgeon to join a growing private practice. Qualified Candidates: Medical Degree (MD or DO) Board Certification in Plastic Surgery Valid medical license to practice in Texas Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to patient-centric care Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment Responsibilities: Perform a variety of reconstructive surgical procedures, including but not limited to soft tissue reconstruction, microsurgery, skin cancer removal, and facial surgeries, oncological reconstruction and hidradenitis suppurativa. Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients, ensuring the highest standards of surgical care and patient satisfaction. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting all patient interactions and surgical procedures. Stay current with the latest advancements in plastic surgery techniques and technologies through continued education and professional development. Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness of reconstructive surgery options. Requirements

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • Board Certification in Plastic Surgery
  • Valid medical license to practice in Texas
