About The Position

The Plaster Prep or Finish production worker manufacture molds that will be used to form composite parts following Standard Work Instructions and production schedules.

Requirements

One year of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities in a manufacturing environment preferred.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Nice To Haves

Experience with the use of basic hand and power tools.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Perform light hand sanding, and removing excess plaster, label parts, and staging finished plasters.
Maintain schedules and time allowance for production requirements, reporting any discrepancies or schedule concerns to the supervisor.
Performs plaster rework as necessary.
