The Plasma Processor (Customer Service) position is designed for individuals who are interested in making a difference in the world and are committed to superior customer service standards. This role involves various operational responsibilities within the plasma center, including maintaining accurate donor files, shipping, and inventory control.

Requirements

• Superior customer service standards.
• A High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Great organizational, computer, and trouble-shooting skills.
• Comfortable being exposed to extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
• Maintains active communication and quality.
