The Plasma Processor (Customer Service) position is a role that involves various operational responsibilities in the plasma center, including maintaining accurate donor files, shipping, and inventory control. The company offers a pay scale of $17.82-22.77/hour, depending on training, education, and experience, and is eligible for up to 5% of the company bonus pool. Responsibilities

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
• Maintains active communication and quality.
