As a Plasma Processor (Customer Service), you will be trained to handle various responsibilities in operational areas of the plasma center, including maintaining accurate donor files, shipping, and inventory control. Our ideal Plasma Processor has great organizational, computer, and troubleshooting skills, and feels comfortable being exposed to extreme temperatures.

Requirements

• Superior customer service standards
• A High School diploma or GED
• Ability to work a flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
• Records weight of product and samples.
• Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
• Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
• Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
• Maintains active communication and quality.
