This position involves working on the night shift from 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime. The role requires the ability to read blueprints and cut metal plates and structural shapes according to specified dimensions. Candidates must be able to lift, position, and clamp metal stock onto the machine bed, as well as operate overhead or jib cranes. The job also includes selecting and installing plasma tips, computing gas pressure and mixture, and adjusting machine controls to correct malfunctions. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential, along with the ability to work cooperatively with others in a fast-paced environment.
