About The Position

The Plasma Logistics Business Analyst leverages data analysis to promote transparency and provide actionable insights for decision-makers. The incumbent also works on process improvement by constructing plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business issues and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: Required in Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Business Analysis: Understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Process Improvement: Knowledge of process improvement strategies and methodologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the plasma industry and logistics operations.
  • Reporting Tools: Experience with system reporting tools and software (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Continuous Improvement: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma (Greenbelt preferred) and process mapping tools.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain: Working knowledge of plasma collection, cold chain integrity, and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Project Management: Skills in managing projects and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using data analysis software and tools.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and environments.

Responsibilities

  • Independently analyze complex business problems using data to provide insights to decision-makers.
  • Create detailed specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs.
  • Generate and maintain datasets and reports for analysis.
  • Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and knowledge.
  • Provide consultation to users and work with cross-functional teams to address business issues.
  • Analyze complex operational and business challenges using structured data, statistical models, and process mapping.
  • Build self-service dashboards and real-time reports tailored to stakeholder needs using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Develop forecasts, risk assessments, and integrated business planning (IBP) recommendations.
