Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and to maintain complete and accurate records.
• Ability to multi-task and work as a team player.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform all required duties in the area of Sample Processing, including preparing units for frozen storage, collecting and storing samples from plasma units for testing, performing routine maintenance on the freezer, preparing frozen plasma units and samples for shipping, organizing plasma boxes/documents for scheduled shipments, and assisting in loading shipments.
• Manage supplies and assist management team with inventory control procedures.
• Maintain general cleanliness of work area and assist other work areas as needed.
• Support the center management team in identifying operational opportunities for continuous improvement.
